All Reservations are transferable to a different litter at any time, your pick of the litter depends on current availability. Reservation payments are valid for 2 years should you decide to transfer to a future litter. If after 2 years you have decided not to reserve a puppy from any of our litters, your Reservation payment will be forfeited.
Refunds
The Pre-Reservation payment for your placement on our waiting list is non-refundable unless there is a change of plans with our breeding, a failure to conceive, if we do not have your preferred gender available at birth or if puppies were to become ill and pass away. The FinalReservation payment that is due at 2 weeks of age to hold the puppy for you until 8-9 weeks of age is also non-refundable unless we do not have a puppy available for you(ex. if puppy were to become ill, pass away, not a good fit, etc). Any other possible reservation refunds are at breeder’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Preferred Gender
Unfortunately there is no way for us to be able to guarantee that a puppy of your preferred gender will be available at birth and although it would be amazing to know in advance; the sex of the puppy will not show up in canine ultrasounds. We could potentially have all males or all females in any given litter although the chance of that happening is low. We include the options to reserve 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th position for both females & males on each litter to allow for families that would like to reserve a puppy ahead of time to do so. Families that are on our waiting list have priority over new inquiries. We recommend applying and placing a Pre-Reservation(if you are approved); if you would like to have a chance at top pick of the litter.
Breeder’s Reservation/Pick of litter
Families that are on our waiting list have priority after breeder pick(s) when we are accepting Pre-Reservations. To ensure a high quality breeding prospect, we evaluate and decide which puppy(s) will be breeder’s pick. Not every puppy in a litter will be of breeding quality. Breeder’s pick could be available to an approved program depending on the litter, please contact us and/or apply to be considered(requirements will apply). We reserve the right to pick of litter at any time and of every litter to allow for us hold back any future breeding quality prospects. If we choose not to keep or place a breeding prospect from the litter then the first person on our waiting list will have the first position available.

Visits
We only allow visits at 7 1/2 - 8 weeks of age when you are selecting your puppy, the exact date will depend when vet checks and temperament testings are completed. By this age, the puppy has had at least 1 vaccination to help build their immunity against deadly illnesses. This requirement is for our puppies as well as their parent's health and safety. Puppies are a ton of work and they are most certainly a 24/7 job. We are a very small home-based program that has limited breedings and we are not set up to be an Open Facility for guests to visit throughout puppyhood like a commercial breeder may have. Heavy foot traffic near the puppies and on our property isn't ideal due to the high risk of the unvaccinated puppies catching deadly illnesses & parasites that can travel innocently through clothing & shoes. Our dogs and their puppies come first. Please keep in mind that if we did allow a guest to visit and they accidentally tracked parvo or another deadly disease into our home infecting our newly born puppies.. that would be devastating news to EVERYONE including the other families that are also patiently waiting for their puppy. It would also contaminate the grounds at our home and we would then have to eradicate the disease from the soil, which can take years to remove. This risks the health of our future litters and even fully vaccinated dogs as well.
