Is your dog up to date on Flea & Tick prevention,worming,DHPP vaccination,Rabies Vaccination & Bordetella vaccination? You will be required to show proof down below. A recent negative fecal may also be required depending if we have puppies at the time. *

Yes We can provide a recent titer test for the vaccinations. It will be done by the time of appointment. *If not completed, we will have to reschedule your appointment and it may result in a no show charge of $50 if we are not notified within 2 days of your appointment.

Do you understand that if your dog is matted, there will be a de-matting charge and may result in being shaved? * Up to 3 mats smaller than the size of a quarter are included at no extra charge. *

Do you understand that we have the right to refuse service if the groom is beyond our capabilities? This could include coat condition, our safety and the dog's comfortability. Some dogs may require sedation for grooming and we are not Veterinarians. *
